I’m Monique Garcia—owner of Mitten Floral and the heart behind Rooted Events. For years, I’ve had the honor of designing floral arrangements for life’s most meaningful moments. But I always dreamed of more than just creating beauty—I wanted to create a space.

I created Rooted Events as a space where people can come together, celebrate with intention, and feel right at home. Every detail here is designed with love—from the florals to the lighting—to make your moments feel personal, beautiful, and deeply rooted in connection.

Booking & Payment


Deposit:
  • 25% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking
Final Payment:
  • Due 7 days before your event
Cancellation:
  • Full refund if canceled 30+ days prior
  • 50% refund if canceled 14+ days prior

Time Overage

$75/hour for exceeding the scheduled time

Incidentals & Guidelines


  • Valid credit card required on file to cover potential incidental charges until post-event clean-up is verified.
  • No alcohol permitted on the property
  • No smoking allowed on the premises, including the parking lot
  • Excessive clean-up may incur a $300 additional fee
