Rooted Events is West Michigan’s premier micro-event space, thoughtfully designed for intimate celebrations, workshops, business gatherings, showers, and small weddings. Our spacious 4,000-square-foot venue accommodates up to 75 guests while still providing plenty of room to gather comfortably.
Rental Rates
A minimum rental of 2 hours is required. Your rental time must include decorating, vendor setup, the event itself, and cleanup.
A nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your date. The retainer is half of the projected cost of your event rental.

Showers & Celebrations
Reduced rental rates may be available for qualifying events, programs, and creative projects. Each request is reviewed individually based on the organization or creator, purpose of the event, requested date and time, rental needs, and alignment with our venue and community.
To be considered, please submit an inquiry and include:
- Information about you, your business, or your organization
- A website or social media page, if available
- A description of your event and its purpose
- Whether the event is private, free to attend, or ticketed
- Your preferred date, hours, and estimated attendance
- How a reduced rental rate would support your work or community
Rooted Community Rate
Venue Rules & Policies
- Maximum capacity is 75 guests.
- All setup and cleanup must take place within the reserved rental time.
- Outside food and desserts are permitted.
- On-site cooking is not permitted.
- Alcohol requires prior approval and must follow all venue, insurance, and licensing requirements.
- Smoking is not permitted. If there are any inside smoking a fee of $500.00 will be charged to renter.
- All alcohol consumption must remain inside the venue.
- Dates are not reserved until the rental agreement and required payment have been received.
- Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning, damages, specialty setups, holiday dates, or time beyond the contracted rental period.
